Brief History
For almost 70 years the Police have used a System called 'Roadcraft'
which has proved to be the best in the world and as yet unequalled.
It has produced riders of the highest calibre and expertise in road
riding. Both Phil and Colin have spent many years in the Police force
and have been responsible for applying the roadcraft skills to many
of today's police officers.
Our Aim
To make available, instruction, of a level that gives you an opportunity
to develop and be as proficient as Police riders. The development
of all 5 points below allow you to appreciate the paramount importance
of safety at all times:
- Safety
- System of Riding (roadcraft)
- Smoothness
- Skilful Control
- Speed used intelligently
Whether you have recently passed your test or have been riding for
some years, acquiring a riding skill is a process of learning - so
choose wisely.

Phil is a Home Office Approved Advanced Police Motorcycle Instructor
"Every new day you can add to or learn a little more towards
top class riding. Most of the problems on roads today are caused from
those who believe they have 'arrived'. This is when the human side
takes over, and all too often over confidence replaces self preservation;
riders attempt to push the limits and you then have a recipe for losing
control."
